It's getting cold enough overnight now to cover the bed with a quilt.  Keeps
body heat in and cold out.  Inspires me, too.  My mother made this quilt.  A
Christmas present long ago.  A gift that will renew itself beyond her life. 
A good aim to devote time, making a quilt.  This one took a lot of time.  
Thousands of mindful precise stitches joined squares of worn-out
blankets, shirts, skirts, and robes and gave them a new way to comfort.
