They aren't looking anywhere besides the tv, computer, and game
console. My own kids are like this despite constant exposure to nature
of all kinds at all levels from collecting ants to snorkeling, rock
climbing, tree identification, camping, looking at mold on stuff,
growths on logs, keeping "sea monkeys", hamsters, mice, and cats, lying
out in the driveway stargazing, etc. They just aren't that into it--it
isn't as exciting as what is going on on their computer. I know I
sound like an old curmudgeon, but it makes me sad that my very own kids
aren't like that despite my best efforts. They were more into nature
as young kids, so maybe they will come back to it when they get through
the teen years. They are still somewhat interested in nature when it
comes in spectacular, exciting doses such as tall mountains or raging
rivers. That's something anyway.

Nice. I really like the green one called Morpheus.
