So Mike asked why the Banyan Tree doesn't have one and suggested that we all send in a recipe.

sash took that idea and enhanced it by saying:

"Let's issue a challenge.  Write a story about a food related incident: a holiday event, a food fight, comfort foods, whatever.  Then include an appropriate recipe with the story.  

Could get the creative juices (and salivary glands) flowing."

So there you have it Tree Dweller's. A warm filling challenge for a wintry day.
