That's scary!  Unfortunately, I have a friend in Long Island who takes a toll bridge daily to work.  (Don't know if it's the same one, but I'm guessing they all cost a fortunr.)  She is the prinary breadwinner in the family though.  She does work from home whenever possible, but for the most part, she has little choice.   Sad...

Fun facts to know and share: The GWB takes in about a MILLION dollars a DAY
in tolls. And that was when the toll was $12. They raised it (again) just
last month.

Shooting fish in a barrel, they are. How high would it have to go before
people just stayed home and refused to use the bridge? One wonders.
