Janice:

I have a cousin who is into genealogy and has done extensive research into our 
past. She tracked down my grandmother's father, who abandoned his wife, and ran 
off to Australia to establish a new family. If anyone looks hard enough, they 
will turn up ancestors with embarrassing stories. But unraveling the mysteries 
can be fun.
