Yes, I am being bid on tonight.  There will be at least 125 people, mostly men at a dinner/auction that I was asked to speak at tonight.  I guess in a strange kind of off way, I can say that I finally made it in the hunting industry.
 
Men are actually anxious to have the winning bid to get me to take them on a coyote hunt.  It would be 2 days and 1 night gig.  I'd be doing it in NY on their property or property set up by the club.
 
It's kinda of a boost for me, considering that I have seen some of the great names in the predator business go up for auction before.  People pay top dollar to get to hunt with them.  And now... I can add my name to that list of guys.  Dang... this is really cool for me and humbling.
 
My fee's, well since they are trying to raise money for their organization, I charged them $100, plus they are putting me up for the night or two whichever is needed and my dinner is paid for tonight.  I can even have a table to sell my books at.  It is only an hour drive, so I couldn't see charging them anymore than that.  My usual seminar cost to a company is around $400.00
 
I feel kind of weird, but excited to know that I was asked to be a part of this.  Wow, it has been quite a long journey being a woman in such a male oriented arena.  Many struggles I've gone through, but I wouldn't change them for a minute.
 
So... let the auction begin... lol
