I *love* this!!

As somebody who's worked in 'administration' for a whole lot of years, I can
remember that little 'thrill' of knowing I'd pulled off something that
nobody had a clue HOW I did it, and everybody was amazed.

Hell!  Sometimes *I* was the one most amazed!!
