If I were a snowflake
I know what I would do
In the cold winter air
I'd flutter and drift around
Until I could land near you

I know you're waiting for me
And that you want to play
To roll me up with other flakes
Or squish me on the ground

Snowmen you want to make
Plump bodies big and round
Or big snow angels flying free
Wings huge and pristine white

You also want to watch me fall
In the darkness of the night
To catch me on your tongue
And smile in pleased delight

If I were a snowflake
I know what I would do
Because you have such a thing for me
I'd be sure and land near you
