With that description that I just posted regarding
my comment on the piece "Leaving this Place" you all, have captured a bit of my
farm. Do you realize it is less than three months away??!!?? In case
I haven't mentioned, we just logged out the woods two years ago and we have a
very beautiful short scenic route through the pines on the logging road.
For those who have been here before, it is up behind my house. If you just
want to get away and have a private picnic or moment, I will guide you through
the gateways.

We have got the pumpkin and gourd patch planted
along with the sweet corn and indian corn. It is coming up so
quickly. But in all truth, it's not happening fast enough.

So anymore of

list please <FONT face="Times New Roman"

get you added.

A few things have been discussed so far. Since there
is an enormous crew that shows up, some have decided to take a meal, whether it
be breakfast, lunch or supper and cook their speciality for everyone. It
has also been discussed that if someone doesn't want to cook, there will
be a donation can for the food, that way everyone can feel like we
all contributed in one way or another. Don't forget, we should have
an endless supply of sweet corn for every meal if that is what anyone
wants. It should be in prime picking by then.

Now for those of you
who haven't been to my farm yet, the facilities stand as this. You will
need to bring along tents or camper(no electricity available) or sleeping
gear as you choose. Even bring along your fourwheeler is you like.
There is an outhouse or many tree's that can be marked at the cabin. For
showers, we have two full bathrooms at my house. Washer and Dryer are also
at the house for your convenience. Stove or Oven at the house. Fire
pit at the cabin where we camp.

I have a feeling that this will be the
biggest I have hosted yet. Such a wonderful bunch of you all up until wee
hours of the morning getting to know one another, sharing stories, sharing
laughs and sharing life.

Just a quick mention for
the newcomers, this is a working dairy farm, so if you go through a closed gate,
please make sure it is closed behind you for the cows safety. If you
go through and open gateway, then by all means leave it open. Oh and for
allergy sufferers... don't forget your meds!!! grins

update for now. Put me down on your calendar. The dates are August
22-August 24 2003. Some come a day early, some stay a day longer and some
just come overnight. We'll take you however we can!

Love
Crow

p.s. this is a
camp, play, four wheel at your own risk. We do not carry insurance, that
should cover the few questions I have had so far. So play it safe and just
plain PLAY!
