Well, Labor Day weekend was a quiet one for me. My doctor said to go to the
ER and get X-rayed and if they emitted me he'd see me, there. Well, I
didn't go and didn't go until Sunday. I was doing things a little at a
time. Like getting showered, etc. So, we went to the hospital in the next
city, again. Two hours tops, I was in and out. I have a Low grade something
spinal compression fracture in L1. Yay. Call them or come back if I start
to feel strange things. Well, that is every day, so, how do I know?

Every time I get up from lying down is kind of traumatic. My left hip hurts
and my right knee locks and\or buckles or does something unusual. It's just
my body having fun.

I've had a couple of moments when I have thought about how much I hate
myself for always having these things happen, and how much I hate having
CMT disease. Doesn't make things better.

I hope this is not another4.5 month recovery. We have already cancelled NH
and the Cape vacation. Potholes and speed bumps or anything like them. Damn.
