I have always been confused about the righteous and perhaps money-motivated crusades to eliminate evasive plants. Every single species in every plot of land was at one time an invader, a new kid on the block. The question to me is what particular time do those who want to control nature want to roll back the clock? Such a pursuit is as futile and arrogant. Mother Nature bats last and will have her way.
