Yeah, Rosie has a box of dishes I can "borrow".   I needed dishes and 
she needed to get rid of some stuff.  Several months later I was 
moving to Austin and she didn't want the dishes back.  I talked her 
into taking $30.  She thought that was way too much money.  I didn't. 
       It was a chunk of change for me back then.  In the olden days 
when one could get by nicely making $5 an hour.

After a few years I bought new dishes.  Boxed up the stuff I got from 
Rosie and then somewhere along the way, someone needed dishes.  Ok, 
here, I have a set you can borrow.

Somehow "borrow" escaped their mind and that set of dishes got tossed 
into the trash.  That really pissed me off.  I had plans for that set 
of dishes... like in a little weekend cabin by the lake.

Then my "new dishes" were boxed up and replaced with Corelle.

Repeat.  Rinse.  Dry.

I don't remember who "borrowed" the sets of dishes.  Doesn't matter. 
But the "borrow" and then the shit canning bothers me.
