OMG. I love mine so much. I moved to NYC and that's all I have now. It does
everything -- especially in the winter time. "Mixed up food." Throw stuff
in there, pick your pressure, and make entire meals within minutes. And
flipping that toggle to let the steam out is almost a sexual release for
me.

Of course, I'm not a cook, like Julie is. I DO, however, assemble brilliant
meals. InstaPot is my compadre in this effort.
