I once asked Alice how she shipped the ashes with no hassles. She said she put them in pretty bottles, labeled "decorative sand."
So many days go by and not one without the wish to hear her take on life et al.
I feel so incredibly lucky to have spent some good times with her! Jena Norton

Hard to believe it was 16 years ago that Youngblood's ashes were scattered
around the planet.  I wasn't a part of that, but I still think of her every
time I get on the Galveston Ferry.
