Tell Cindy not to worry.  The two boys never got the info about "85 years
old." The message they got was "So-&-So (the frantic employee) just called
and said there's a lady sitting down who won't get up and she needs help
with her fridge.  Go see."  They assumed the lady was near So-&-So, and
they found So-&-So and went to the first seated woman nearby. Not about
Cindy at all, I bet.  :-)
