TheBanyanTree: Cooking the carcass

I want a carcass to make stock from! Now that I got rid of all the fruit in the freezer, I have room again. Anybody got a turkey carcass they want to get rid of? Jena Norton

Sounds wonderful! Making stock usually falls on me this time of year cause
no one in the house even likes to say the word carcass. But I was lazy and
did nothing this year. Maybe Christmas...
