I would probably feel miffed, too.

I have noticed, as has everyone else, that some ppl just don't have a clue
about being thoughtful towards others.  This is why I used to urge Kevin to
encourage his boys to say hello to ppl who came into the house.  Unless he
wanted me to holla,

Andy!  Aunt Joan just spoke to you!

It could have been Ben.  Or both.

So, my kids, upon seeing a little sign at the door which says,

 Kindness Matters

freak and want to know why it's there. They are afraid I think they aren't
kind.

::sigh::

Nobody let's me get away with anything around here.

I just told them I liked it.

They were puzzled.  Well, Steve was, anyway.
