Ah Pammie, you crack me up big time.  I would've said 'screw it' after 
the second balloon and I wouldn't have gone out for any more balloons!  
I have a limited amount of patience for any recipe that smacks of some 
torturous thing that Martha Stewart has come up with and whipped her 
minions until they did it correctly. ;)
