Thank you so much for doing this, Paul.  I miss her every time I think 
about a recipe or a trip up the Oregon coast.

(And how are you doing with the Wilma-ache?   Kind of like a heart-ache, 
only Wilma shaped.  It takes time to heal from the loss of someone that 
is so loved.)
