TheBanyanTree: Cecil passed away..

...peacefully in his sleep today at 6pm.

His son, Lou, sent word. We will post his funeral arrangements when we 
receive them.

His family, especially Lou, have been so loving and have cared for him 
so very well.

He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

I will miss his special sparkle and am honored to have known him.
