My daughter Jennifer is 35 this year and has two children of her own and
I still call her, 'baby girl.'  :-)

In our case, our "baby girl" no longer wants to be called that, but we
can't resist as she will always be our "baby."  Perhaps once she gets
married, which is scheduled for next May, she will no longer have to
assert her independence and will again be comfortable with this term
of
endearment.
