Anna Oop lived across the alley,
and if you're old enough
to remember the funny papers,
you'll laugh at that.
 I can remember bowling
with Lambo Flowers,
a pale boy, wishing himself
invisible no doubt.
 Second grade found me in love
with Trixie Manella,
whose black leotards
were a small boy's fixation.
 Peter Wakker once sent me email,
and so did Juan Moron,
and Exie Wooton made me an offer
I reluctantly had to refuse.
