So is Southern Indiana.  I have been to a dermatologist named Dr. Burn.  My
childhood pediatrician was Dr. Amini (sounds like "a meanie").  My first husband
was an optomotrist named Dr. I. Ball.  The best patient name he ran across in
his practice was Fern Turnipseed.  

You couldn't use these names in a work of fiction because people would think it
was a stupid attempt at humor.
