Winter Haiku(s)

Deep snow and ice seen
from inside a warm abode
inspire awe and peace.

Snow, from outdoors felt
inspires one to wish for more ...
Cocoa might be nice.

Temps of minus ten
makes one wonder why they stay
Standing in the snow.

Sun on icicles
shimmer in the bright sunlight
cause me to pause.

Bitter cold ignored
for a moment I enjoy
Winter wonderland.
