Eileen Linton, long-time friend and co-worker and the lady I wrote to
you all about was the main feature article ("Tapping Irish Roots") in
the Food section of The Berkshire Eagle on Wednesday, March 17th for her
Irish baking.
 
If you don't get the Eagle (which I am sure most of you don't), you can
access the article by going to the Eagle's website,
www.berkshireeagle.com and accessing 'food/dining.'  There's
wonderful recipes to boot!
 
She said she was so weak, they had to fake her cutting the
bread.....but, she looks good!!!!!
